Was never given the information I requested towards making a decision on purchasing the vehicle I did get a lot of call and emails inviting me to come text drive when I was very clear that I wasn't going to visit the dealer unless an otd offer was presented to me before. Then I was explaining how complex that was when in reality it isn't but what they want is to make you come in so they can work their magic instead of presenting an otd offer

I was disappointed that the price on CarGurus was over $10,000 off of sticker, but then the dealer adds $4,995 back in as a “Market Adjustment.” I understand there will be document fees and prep costs, but taking $10k off only to add $5k back in seems disingenuous. Because of this, I did not purchase the car.

I emailed the Dealer and it was a fast respond with a nice Video by Ms. Melissa I called Saturday and spoke to a lady sales rep. I mention I have cash and I wanted to buy it I requested to see if I can give them $4 thousand. and I'll pay the taxes too she never called me back i received another email by Sam on Monday, so I called and I ask for Sam the gent said Sam was not available so i mention i was willing to give it another try to buy the BMW. I mention my request and he said I'll call you once i speak to my manager. never received a call back. On Tuesday i received a text saying the car was sold. I called and spoke to a manager complaining why I was not given a chance to buy it? I had cash also i was going to buy another car once I got there. I feel discriminated they didn't care about my cash nor me just because I live on the east coast. I just went to Herts and purchased 2 cars. I hope that the managers can train better the sales rep. everyone deserve equal opportunity.
