The Palisade was a mess when I saw it. You really show your customers care that just came in without detailing them. It had a pile of junk stuck to the seats and pretzels. It was beyond gross. I wouldn’t even drive it. I looked at another car and loved it, but the girl that was helping us didn’t really know the details of the warranty on the car. It was very hard to receive correct information from her.

Contacted Atlantic Kia for appt via email exchange. Received email that appointment was confirmed. Arrive to dealership. Was told no appointment was made and car was already reserved. Definitely feel like they used the car as a fisher, as I live nearby the dealership and see the car driving by. Informed them very nicely in writing that they should be more considerate of other people's time, and received a "thank you for your feedback". Not even a sorry. I guess it was a sign because I found a better car and deal elsewhere.
