The dealership is very dysfunctional. They tried to change the price of the car to a higher amount when I started the purchase process. I luckily had proof of the lower price to force them to honor the original price. The finance department was a joke as well trying to sneak in up charge items when I was signing the deal. I asked them to have the deal ready for me to sign when I came in and they did nothing even though I can submitted credit application and was pre approved and fully approved by several banks and credit unions. This dealership is not recommended if you are a no nonsense shopper with excellent credit. The only reason I put up with the BS is because they mistakenly listed the car for $3,500 below market value. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never go there again even if they make another mistake pricing a used car.

Total bait and swith on the price and not helpful at all… Took almost 2 weeks to settle when I literally told them which vehicle in stock number I wanted from my first communication. Definitely go public with it.

I went to buy Kia Niro manufacturing certifed car . I drew 175 miles to test drive after email, text and phone communication. They said it’s certified. Later after paying booking money . Next day while got approval from bank salesman said it’s not manufacturing certified . Very unprofessional make drew 175 miles and one day off. On asking for comp-onset it still not have any reply . One good thing about hey returned my booking amount immediately.
