I almost bought at another dealer until their pushiness turned me off. I returned to Koons Kia. They treated me right. The battery was as old as the car and gave me trouble. 1000% don’t recommend. This review is for my experience with the sales representative Evans, whom I dealt with regarding a used BMW X5M. As someone experienced in automotive transactions, I find the few instances of lack of professionalism encountered here unacceptable AFTER I notified I will not be moving forward with this deal. After politely declining a vehicle upon not being able to reach a deal which I was able to justify, I received a text message containing inappropriate and desperate suggestions. These included a request to sell my current vehicle via a third party and travel to Virginia to complete a deal, followed by a proposal to accept significant negative equity while paying a $5,000 premium over the asking price. Guess they thought they found an easy ticket. It is clear my business was not valued, but rather viewed as an opportunity for an unethical transaction on a vehicle exceeding $100,000. I have since declined their offers politely and will be going elsewhere
