I had a great salesman at first but he was new and needed help. The second guy was very pushy and kept telling me that car gurus doesn’t have accurate numbers and that the jeep was $27,000 when CarGurus had it listed for $18,000 and something. The guy kept telling me that my pre approval wasn’t right either. I told him no so many times because he just couldn’t get the numbers where I needed them. He kept saying but you can pay it or they wouldn’t have approved you for it. I kept saying just because I can pay it doesn’t me I want to for something I don’t need but want. All in all I hate pushy salesman for this reason.

We had a terrible experience at Hickory Hollow while trying to purchase a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid LX. From the beginning, the Sales Manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We came in as serious buyers, ready to finalize a deal, but instead of being treated with basic courtesy, the Sales Manager spoke to us in a hostile and condescending manner, showed zero interest in helping us, and at one point even had the nerve to ask us to leave the dealership. This was not only shocking but incredibly disrespectful. Never in my life have I been treated this way while trying to do business—especially by someone in a managerial role who should be setting the example for customer service. We were there for a 2024 Kia Hybrid LX, fully prepared with financing and details confirmed, yet we were met with arrogance instead of assistance. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this dealership.
