Our salesman was excellent. The sales manager needs help in dealing with customers. POOR personality almost obnoxious ! Never go back or recommend this dealer.

I will never buy a car from Kia of Streetsboro. Shady at best. Watch the final page when they try to hook you in for a service contract- and tell you it is mandatory for 'your car.' I got to the last page for a deal on a car they can't sell (it's still sitting on the lot), and there was a $4,000 service contract. I asked to remove it- they refused. I said, NO DEAL!

Very high pressure dealership. The salesperson was super high pressure and the finance person as well. They did not tell me they were making a hard inquiry on my credit. Even though they had not given me specific numbers on what my payment would be. They gave me a range. Would not give me an Apr and kept up the constant pressure even when I told Them I needed to think about it and make a decision of what was my best route. Buying a new car or buying the 2025 car. Without knowing what Apr was going to be I could not make an informed decision of what was best avenue to pursue financially. My daughter was with me and she was also very upset at the treatment received by both individuals high pressuring me to make a decision right on the spot. It was one of the most high pressure sales team I have ever encountered in my 63 years. Would not recommend anyone going there for a vehicle.

Staff was awesome very friendly and clear with all the information; finance was also friendly very detailed in all they said. I will go back for my next automobile and will tell my friends also .
