We bought our 2025 Kia Niro NEW from Clarksville Kia for my wife. We wanted a lesser trim model but since they didn't have one, they offered the better trim for the same price. We got a great deal, and great customer service. A year later it had a problem, and this dealer got it in immediately, when another dealer said it would be a month. I loved this car so much, I decided to buy another for myself. I contacted this dealer and they said to come test drive it. I live 1.5 hours away, so it cost $50 to drive there and back. Got there, and after looking at the car, was told the transmission was just replaced, and now the engine needed to be replaced, as it was obviously not driveable. They said they'd still sell it to me. I made an offer, which the salesman accepted, but the manager said, it didn't include tax

Everyone I worked with at Kia East went above and beyond in their customer service, assistance and deal-making. I worked with Bunchy, Kenny, and Clint and they worked hard to help me snag the car I wanted. It was an enjoyable experience, which is saying something! Thanks for making me laugh and keeping the anxiety at bay.

Geraldo was our salesman and we are currently in the process of buying the car. He was most helpful, as was his manager. Currently on vacation so we hope to complete the purchase on May 22.
