I have been in contact with Jessica. On Monday I made an offer. She said she was going to present it to the sales manager and get back with me. Since then they haven't gotten back with me at ALL. I have emailed Jessica 4 times to see if the want to make a deal. She has apologized for not getting back to me. And get down to the bottom of this. Again NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. NOT a great way to run a business. Or very bad costumer service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to Anyone.

This car dealership was very unprofessional. I reached out to them involving a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. After reaching out to them, the text messages and phone calls were overwhelming. The day that I went to look at a vehicle I was told that the vehicle was at the location. I took a day off of work and drove 45 minutes just to find out the vehicle was not there at the time. Totally disappointed.

This is my exact experience, completely honest in how it went down. I see this car listed on cargurus, I contact the dealership by phone ar 10:36 am on 9/24/25. I get in contact with a salesman, really wish I would have written their names down but unfortunately I didn't. I ask the salesmen if the vehicle is still available. He says, yes it is! And asked me what time i would like to come see it. I inform him that I work until 2pm and it would take me about an hour and a half to get there. Say's no problem, we'll have it ready for you to come see. 2 pm I called again before i made the 1.5 hour trip to verify that the car was still available. Salesman says, yeah we got it here waiting for you come on in. I say okay, be there in around 3:30. Salesman says, great! It will be here! I get there and I'm greeted with a handshake and a oh sorry we just sold it. Then they proceed to try and show me a clapped out rusted CRV and a pos Chrysler 200. Very unprofessional, bad internal communication.

Visited the store and test drove the vehicle. Negotiated a mutually acceptable price and have an appointment to complete the transaction. Forget what I wrote about. Contacted the dealership that a possible issue came up and I might not be able to complete the transaction today. I would like to provide a credit card to provide a non-refundable deposit on the vehicle to continue to hold it. I was then informed that the car has been sold to another customer. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE... WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM. System won't allow me to change the star rating... ZERO STARS!!!!!!
