i put a deposit down and they sold the car away from me to get the financing side of the transaction. i would be very wary of dealing with this company. they do not seem willing to negotiate at all and did not keep their good faith word after I wired the 2k to them. they did wire the money back but seemed real shady to collect the hold deposit and still sell it out from underneath me.

I called the dealer about coming to see this car that they advertised. They confirmed verbally and via text that the car would be waiting for me when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I arrived (15 minutes later) the sales person said that he could not find the car and that it might have been sold. I left and received a call two days later from the dealer that the car had not been sold and that I should come back for a test drive.

I had a inspection company do an inspection on a 2023 ram 3500 limited at this dealership once the report was sent to me I called them worked out a price we both agreed on, then qualified for 20k just help them with the kickback they get from their financial partners as long as there was no early pay off penalty, and was going to pay cash for the rest. This happened into the weekend So I called them the following Monday and Tuesday and they would not answer their phone or text, when I finally got in touch with someone they told me they sold the truck. after all I went through without even the courtesy of a phone call, They never told me there was someone ahead of me or that some came and offered a little more money because we haven't signed an agreement. Or give me a chance to offer, If I had the means or wanted to do so. And they tried to offer me another truck with a lesser trim package for even more that what we agreed on with the first! Money before customer they don't care

I traveled from state to state specifically to view this car, with the clear intention of purchasing it. I even put aside my work commitments to make the trip and ensure I could complete the purchase in person. I stepped out for about an hour to finalize the Cashier’s Check, and when I returned, I was told the car had already been sold. However, I noticed that the car is still being listed for sale. Throughout the process, the seller made everything unnecessarily difficult, giving the impression that he did not actually want to sell the vehicle, despite the time, effort, and commitment I dedicated to making this purchase possible.
