Waiting on the second key for vehicle I feel that a limited service could have also been extended with the purchase of the vehicle.

I met with and worked with the owner Jack. He made the buying process simple and no haggling at all. The car so far is what he said it was and time will tell. The car was cleaned overall buying experience went well.

Absolutely amazing I would highly recommend them. Everyone was very nice knowledgeable. I ended up getting a better vehicle at an amazing price. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The vehicle was advertised as certified, and Ammy told me the certification would add $1,495, bringing the price to $37,293. I specifically asked about the certification, warranty, and what was included, and she sent me a link with that information. However, only 2.5 hours later, her email quoted the vehicle at $40,699 without the warranty, a $3,406 increase. I immediately asked her to explain the discrepancy. She replied that the price must have changed because they were now using the Internet sales price and that she would speak with her manager. After that, I received no further communication. I understand prices can change, but increasing the price by thousands of dollars within hours after providing a specific quote is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and follow-up made me feel disregarded as a customer. I was seriously trying to purchase this vehicle, but this experience left me feeling misled.
