Caught Sales & financing in multiple lies during the financial process, originally though it was an outstanding dealership, but when you get down to financing they will ABSOLUTELY lie about rates. I wouldn't recommend buying a hotdogs from this place!

I had a great experience working with John at Ruby Auto Group when purchasing my 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T. From start to finish, the process was smooth, straightforward, and professional. Do NOT waste your time with this dealership!!! I drove three hours to get there. Just 45 minutes before I arrived, they even called to remind me about our appointment. When I showed up, I sat waiting for 30 minutes while they went to get the keys for the test drive. Then the salesperson finally comes back and says, “Oh, the car is sold.” Seriously?! And right after that, they tried to push me into looking at their other cars! How can a business operate with this level of dishonesty? After my visit, I read more reviews and saw I’m far from the only one who’s experienced this unprofessional behavior. If you value your time and your sanity, stay far away from this place. Absolutely awful experience!
