They insisted I get a loan for the full invoice amount and send them a cashier's check and that without confirmation that all funds are readily available I wouldn't be allowed to leave a deposit. Funds were secured in less than 2 business days. I was reassured while I was establishing full funding that the car was still available but once it was time to leave a deposit they stopped responding. I had insurance set up for the vehicle as per their request too. They completely stopped answering emails or calls. Buyers beware, you'll be dealing with a deceptive dealership that has you jumping through hoops only to have the vehicle sold out from under you while you're trying to purchase it. They were a nightmare to deal with.

The dealership was responsive at first, but once I submitted an offer, the communication slowed significantly. It took two days and a follow‑up message from me to get a reply. When they finally responded, there was no negotiation effort at all — the price actually went up instead of down. Overall, the experience felt unmotivated and not especially customer‑focused.

The AutoNation store in kenesaw was not professional and ethical jerremy, and sean....after signing agreement to buy they sold it to someone else. The salesman John was good at follwing up but had no controll of what his superiors did.

Asked about having car delivered as I can’t go pick up then drive 2 cars home. Wanted to pay cash on delivery. Then I got informed that car had issue with sun roof that it would not close so the disabled it. I need the car delivered to me so first dealer that’s prepared to bring car to me or come pick me up will get the sale..
