My initial interaction with this dealership started out really good,but I started dealing with them on a Thursday around 6:00 p.m. they took all my information over the phone I informed Scott the salesperson that I was trying to buy a car soon as possible for my sister. My sister went down Friday morning drove the car at first she wasn't too excited about the car it was a little smaller than what she wanted, but she changed her mind. I texted Scott asking if I could finalize everything over the phone. There was no urgency with him. I had just purchased a Cadillac for my mom a 2024 did everything over the phone bought a 2026 Kona for my daughter graduation present everything over the phone both salespeople excellent. Scott I kept telling him how busy I was. I work all the time.I didn't have time to come down there. I asked him if we could go ahead and finalize everything she wants the car nothing happened Friday. Saturday nothing! Scott is awful. There was no urgency with him at all..

Spent 10 minutes on the lot looking before someone came outside to see if I needed help. The person I was there to talk to went and grabbed the keys and I sat inside the vehicle, turned it and listened to it idol while looking for any discrepancies. The ABS light was on and never turned off. The change oil light was on. The wipers need replaced. The vehicle was dirty and filthy inside and stunk. I asked a few questions about the mechanics that the dealer could not answer. She did not know how long they worked there and their qualifications for working on any and all of the vehicles in the lot. I asked a few more question that got I do not know! I offered a cash price for the vehicle with taxes, and licensing. Guess they were not motivated to sell this vehicle and get it off of their lot. Good luck and hope you sell it.

The gentleman who was in the office was very rude he acted like he didn't want my business he was trying to say that nobody spoke with me about the vehicle that he didn't have that vehicle on the law and they don't do financing but through a bank and I was told they do financing through companies so yes it was all a lie and he act like he wasn't even interested in my business

A great experience -- so great the 2023 Suburban is now in our garage! We flew down and drove up to the dealer and the next day we were driving the vehicle back home. I would absolutely recommend All American Chevrolet of Killeen TX! Mark and his colleagues made the process go quick and smooth.

The staff there was very accommodating and helpful, I look forward to buying a second vehicle from them.
