Didn’t even try to make the deal happen, 1099 employee and they wouldn’t accept anything for proof of income this includes, tax returns for the last 10 years or bank statements showing the deposits. All in all I feel they just didn’t want to even do the deal I thought it was because of money so I offered up to 5k cash down for a 15 grad truck and they still swept me under the rug.

The employee treated me good, even though I make 47,000 a year and a 704 score I wasn’t approved for a 27,000 loan with them and the car was a salvage title should’ve gone somewhere else Ive been approved for 30,000 before.

He was very nice and there was no hassle. Wish there was more transparency as I am a honest buyer but found out when I got there saw a small rear exterior fender bubble rusts that was starting to bubble when I asked him in advance before going before going as I lived far.

Tried calling and whomever answered the phone didn't know the status of the car. "Maybe there's money down?" Asked to find out. Never called me back . I called a couple days later and the same clueless lady answered and wasn't sure if it had been sold or not. She wasn't even considerate enough to find out. Git a text a few DAYS later saying it was gone. Terrible customer service. Need to get rid of whoever answers their phone.
