Great deal, very helpful staff, however things like giving a very low amount for a trade in, not detailing a vehicle because its used or only putting 10 dollars in the gas tank also because its a used vehicle really hold it back from being a great dealer.

Car was already sold but sales person lied and said that it was still available. When I called her out on it, she said they have multiple dealerships and she was confident she could find one that I would like.

we was looking at a specific car.wanted the carfax which just sent a snapshot of one part.i asked for the whole carfax and wanted to get things goin on financing.was told not at store please remind me next morning.so i did and waited all day nothing.so i wrote and ask if something was wrong or what.i finally got answer sayign sorry was only person there and was swamped and would see about it.about 30 min or so later all i got was sold.i said what sold yes.well he was only one there and iam a customer even though online to sell vehicle he was to work on for me the night before.unless lied he sold it casue only one there.this is unacceptable

Horrible attempt at purchasing a vehicle. First, not a local purchaser several hours to get to the dealer. Show up at the dealer to make the purchase and experience the classic “bait and switch”. I was told by the sales manger the, ” the price listed on carguru was a mistake and the car could not be sold at that price”. The car was offered to me for several thousand more than I was prepared to pay. There were several opportunities for this dealer to inform me of the mistake in price. There were a number of emails and text prior to my arriving. Time and expense could have been avoided.
