Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

This dealer told us the car was available in the morning and we scheduled a test drive for the afternoon. We have 3 kids and we drove separately in two cars since we might have traded in one of them. We drove all the way there (an hour drive) and right as we pulled into their parking lot they told us the car had sold. I understand that these things happen, but this left a very bad taste in our mouth. They could have called us earlier but they wanted to make sure we were still coming in case the other buyer fell through.

Online it’s said the car was certified pre owned. Once they shows us the numbers it turns out it was certified ELIGIBLE! $2500 for the cert… shady tactics

Somewhat disappointing experience - no issue setting up appointment - car was pulled up / ready and visually presented very well. Going over the car with care found number of things that didn’t work/ rear tires worn on inside and a drive revealed a needed alignment. Representative indicated if these things were managed would we be interested / yes but we also insisted on a pre-purchase independent inspection. Next thing the manager advises they had active parallel negotiations in progress and the car was sold. No real issue I got the sense it would be difficult to negotiate down further from the attractive price posted. We left and bought a similar model just off lease, certified, transparent pricing on the way home at local dealer. Interestingly the car we looked remains posted for sale but now $3k more than the originally presented price. So again a reminder know what you are looking at and don’t fall for all the typical out the door pricing games still played by some

They waited for me for 30 min even though I had an appointment. They let me move my insurance to the car I was looking for and they changed their mind and decided to not sell the car to me. They asked for proof of residency in a sealed envelope. Basically, they created too many problems to give me the car. I believe they had another offer higher than mine.
