The vehicle has a serious problem. The flex fuel engine on is only getting 2/3 of the gas mileage which is normal for this engine as indicated by the on board diagnostic display. Normal mpg for this vehicle is 18 mpg combined, this vehicle is only getting 12.5 mpg/ gallon. When I questioned the sales manager about this he said the mpg display doesn’t show all of the mileage because the engine has a feature which switches to 4 cylinder operation to conserve fuel economy. This is a common feature for on their 8 cylinder hemi but not on the v-6 flex fuel engine. The manager assured me I was mistaken and the vehicle was perfect in every way. After leaving the dealership I verified my information was correct. Basically the manager was lying about the mpg situation. Additionally, I revisited the dealers website afterwards and the photograph of the speedometer mpg display has been modified so the mpg information no longer appears. I would not purchase any vehicle from this dealership.

The truck I was very interested in was nothing like the pictures in the ad. The paint was a complete disaster and the truck needed a whole overhaul. Priced way to high for what it is.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. Everything went smoothly with the transaction. There was an issue with the price posted online and the price in the show room. The price was listed on Car Gurus as including all dealer fees other than tax and government/registration fees. The price did NOT include all dealer fees and I was prepared to walk away due to a significantly higher price than I was willing to pay. However, they worked with me to make it as close as possible to my original expectation and said they’d address the issue with how the listings were posted on the website. Overall a great experience and very happy with my purchase.
