Concesionarios de Jeep cercanos (New Brunswick, NJ)

This dealer told us the car was available in the morning and we scheduled a test drive for the afternoon. We have 3 kids and we drove separately in two cars since we might have traded in one of them. We drove all the way there (an hour drive) and right as we pulled into their parking lot they told us the car had sold. I understand that these things happen, but this left a very bad taste in our mouth. They could have called us earlier but they wanted to make sure we were still coming in case the other buyer fell through.

I received an email that that car was sold, never got a call prior to set up a meeting. Once car was sold that’s when I got a call from someone asking to help me. Sorry but sounded like the old bait and switch. I did not engage with the sales rep. Not a good feeling about this dealer.

Spoke to a guy name Lewis who is the manager of the sales department, he had told me that the car was available.I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. When I got there, the car was already sold for Days Lewis never call and told me the car was not available , They are very unprofessional and believe me with this experience , they do not care about customer ….. I would never go or recommend this dealership to anyone ever again.

I was told that the vehicle was there . I had an appointment that I made and was on time . I was told the car was sold . It’s been sold probably days before my arrival. Ask when was the car sold ? The dealership refused to tell me . A switch and bait tactic. I was asked would I be interested in another vehicle. No

Was told to come in and check the vehicle out, the salesman was “getting it ready for me to test drive” drove 35 minutes and the car is up on blocks. No tires on it. He tells me to come back tomorrow, but give him a down payment as a “good faith” payment, and they hold that car for me til I get back there to test drive it the next day. The next day, they sold the car before I got there. How, you ask? Good question. Terrible customer service!
