After reading other reviews for Clay Cooley Dealership, I was cautious about buying with them but prepared what to watch out for. I was looking to buy a new Ram Truck. I found the one I wanted online with Clay Cooley, it had a great price. But the price they gave me after they had written it up was not the same. It was $2000 off. After a couple of talks about it and still no changes, even after I pointed out the price online. They again did not honor the price. Just like the other reviews had mentioned, the price online was not what they would write down in the contract. The other part was asking for the down payment a few times without showing me the financing rates, and information. Even asking to see what the details were for financing. Found another dealer in southern Louisiana that honored the online price, and in no way made the transaction feel sketchy at any point.

Anne (Sales) and Fernando (Finance) were wonderful to work with. I came into the dealership after Anne reached out not knowing what to expect. After my initial test drive, Anne started working with me and cut all the typical dealership rigamorole to ensure she and her sales Mgr met all my needs and I got what I was asking for, they worked on the numbers, got me approved and sent me off to financing with Fernando- he worked to get me the best rates, included goodies that I didnt expect and did it all under the price o was expecting- will gladly be coming back for more business.

The car was in total opposite condition than in the pictures. Even the manager came out and said “I’m embarrassed. I shouldn’t have shown this car to you or anyone.” The hood did not latch. The windshield had a softball size crack right in front of the driver. The windshield was missing a trim piece. The car was scratched and dented all over. We joked about never buying a Mitsubishi due to my rental car being awful to drive. The salesman then also said he would never buy a Kia right before he showed us this one. The salesman admitted they are under new management and everyone quit. I wish I had known the condition of the car before driving across the metroplex to make the appointment. I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Shop at your own risk.

The 2017 Yukon I looked at and test drove was a piece of crap the transmission was slipping and they would not fix it so of course I didn't buy it.
