honest and fair pricing, Vehicles were in great condition

The salesman was very professional and courteous. They offered me a fair deal on my trade. However, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely try them again when my wife is ready to buy a car.

Said the price was one thing but then said it was when I got there .... he said the price that is listed for the car (14,000) is just the down payment ... thennn they charge FOR EVERYTHING this dealership is just VERYYY SKEPTICAL. One person told me they accept checks then the other said they don't ... 4,000 dealership fee and a lot of other crazy prices going around ! Don't do it or just be careful .... if I can give 0 stars I would

We were very pleased doing business w/ Fitzgerald Clearwater Jeep. We purchased a car from Hannah Hamedi and she was helpful throughout the process. Test drove the vehicle it was beautiful. Once it was time to discus the overall price finance manager told me I needed $7000 more to give add ons (packages) that were already added to the car, not originally listed in the overall price. I left. I was very disappointed. In past you had a choice in adding addition things like warranties, care packages etc. Not with this dealership. Then the offered me a Honda civic with131,000 miles for $13000 plus the forced packages for $6000 more.

1-27-25 I looked at a used car. The car was in good shape. I was willing to pay the listed price of $70,343.00 + tax, lic & reg. Salesman explained that the price was actually $4000.00 higher unless I qualified for the following 4 questions. 1. Was I a veteran? (I love our veterans but I am not one +$1000) 2. Am I an emergency responder? (love them too but I am not one +$1000) This game is getting expensive. 3. Do I have a car to trade in (nope +$1000) and finally 4. Am I financing the car with their dealership (I wasn’t using the dealership for financing +1000) so the price went up to $74,343.00. The sales mgr came out & stated that in addition to the $4000 I had to pay their "add on chgs of $2999.00 making the price $77,342.00. I offered the listed price again of 70,343.00 and $500. He said no. Very misleading, maybe false advertising? spoke to the salesman 2x and 5+ emails no mention of the extra charges. Shame on them for wasting my time. I drove 4 hours and spent $400 on a hotel.

Misleading pricing and numerous huge fees added at the end. Once I asked for pricing, the sales sheet had the wrong price; they “accidentally” increased the sales price. They also added fees that other dealers don’t add- 500, 2000 etc. And when I said I was a cash customer another $2,000 was added to the price for not financing with them- which I’d hate to see their loan rates (which I’m sure has greater than 2,000 in kickbacks). Sleazy dealer tricks like I haven’t seen in years. They deserve a zero. Don’t fall for their games, it’s a waste of your time.
