It was a typical dealership experience, decent at best. There was a weird mark up with the price then they marked it down for a rebate. Also super pushy with the warranties. My wife said no to the extended warranties like five times and the sales manager kept coming and coming. They were way pushier to her than to me.

I had a positive experience working with Ronald, who was both patient and friendly throughout the process. Since it was a slower month for used car sales, I was able to negotiate the price slightly below the online listing. However, I was disappointed regarding the keys; despite specifically requesting two, I wasn't informed until pickup that only one was available. Overall, a good experience, but transparency on the keys could have been better. They offered good price for my trade-in, but I decided not to trade it in due to how much it depreciated
