Don't bother to research cars at this dealership. Advertised price excludes in excess of $4000 of "lifetime" dealer services that are non-negotiable "add-ons" to the advertised price. Also, processing and paperwork fees are excessive. Essentially, once these fees are added back on, the advertised "dealer discount" is negated and you pay MSRP. Very disappointed with the approach of this dealer.

Insanely unprofessional! I contacted the dealership to verify availability on a 2023 grand cherokee summit. Mike, the sales manager contacted me via txt and confirmed the car was avail le in the lot. I drove 110 miles to the location to have Miguel show me an olde=model Laredo. A completely different car after 20 minutes. Waited for 30 more minites for him to locate for him to tell me it was in another dealer ship 60 miles away. Mike apologized and told me he will do some numbers and if I like the price, he will bring the car over. Waited a total of 1.5 hours and came back with a number and mandatory options and fees. A $4000 mandatory package option, a $1200 document fee and a $999 dealer fee plus TTL. Not even an incentive for the incompetence not to.veryfy the car. I think the treatment to the consumer is extremely poor and I felt insulted. I am new in South Florida comming from Texas and I have never heard of options that are mandatory and the advertised price will never be.

This dealer deserve zero stars! We had a same day appointment, to look at the Jeep. Did the bait and switch. Showed me something else, I decided to purchase after 2 weeks of thinking. Then said that Jeep was available mean while sitting on the lot for days after in the same spot. My experience was terrible with them.
