The original truck I was supposed to test drive sold. I bought one that was comparable with a unconnect box error which they told me was fixed and clearly is not. They also don't even fill the gas tank for you and pressure you for the extended warranty. The salesman was a good guy but the dealership I question.

I made a few requests of Van Horn before making an appointment. I asked them to actually view the Jeep and provide an accurate visual evaluation of condition. My salesperson, Mark Sloan, did a complete walk-around video. This was above and beyond expectations, which was greatly appreciated. I set an appointment, knowing what I was driving an hour to see. My time is important to me. I bought a Jeep Grand Wagoneer from Van Horn recently. I will gladly drive an hour to purchase from them in the future, knowing that my time won't be wasted. This Jeep was purchased by my daughter. It was her first car purchase where financing was involved. She rated her experience with a score of 10/10. We, could not be happier with this purchase. Van Horn will treat you with professionalism and respect.
