Tried to raise price by $1600 for brake check and cabin filter check on a vehicle with 5800 miles . Car Gurus stated price for home delivery and dealer saiid would about double that .After 2 days they notified me of approval at 13.99 percent interest . A total waste of my time !CC

I paid cash for the car a day after I bought the radiator hose came off like someone intentionally loosened it ...took it to my mechanic..not only did It need a new thermostat it also need all 4 control arms and tie rods...and a new rack and pinion....the car was over priced....for the all the work I've to do to it since I bought it.....so NO the purchase from thst place was not good for me

Place is a joke price isn’t what’s advertised there’s a bunch of add ons that a required by the dealership on top of the price that they will not take off if you don’t want them… didn’t buy from them went to different dealership and bought a vehicle same day I went to Shottenkirk… I’d advise to stay far away from Shottenkirk unless you like getting screwed…

Was nervous about purchasing a car online, but the employees made everything very easy. The employees provided pictures and videos of the vehicle before purchasing, they also assisted with completing the purchase process. Once completed, they were graciously able to pick me up from the airport to finish the last piece. Time spent in dealership was less than an hour, and was on the road home with my new vehicle
