I filled out the prequalified application through Cargurus and I was told the dealership would Need to verify my income, insurance and a couple other things. The dealership contacted me fairly quickly. They wanted me to fill out another credit application because they said they couldn’t find my information that was sent to them. We went back and forth for about a day or so and then the car was sold. I explained to the dealership that I did not want multiple inquiries on my credit report and then they stopped responding to me.

From the moment that I requested information on this vehicle, Brian of Fitzgerald Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was there. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t harass me. He was friendly and provided all information that I requested. Once I decided to purchase, I let him know and he made the process easy. The vehicle looked even better in person. The process at the dealership was easily the best I’ve experienced. I could have been in and out in less than an hour but stood around talking to the friendly staff. Next time I’m in the market for a vehicle, I’ll check Fitzgerald Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram first… and I live 9 hours away!
