Great staff and service that worked with me all online with a price that was great and no gimmicks on the Out the Door pricing. Trade appraisal was quick and reasonable. The finance team provided their best and even matched what I had for preapprovals. JQ and the Bergeys team are courteous, honest, and definitely made this as one of the better experiences I have had buying vehicle. As a customer, you want to search everything, negotiate with rationality, and see what is offered. I never stepped into Bergeys until I knew I was ready to purchase. There was no pressure to come in, no nonsense fees that other dealers had, and transparency was evident when I sat down and discussed numbers. Additionally Bergeys was recommendation by friends who have bought there. None of them have had a negative experience. Definitely top dealer in the Philly suburbs to look at for very reasonable vehicle pricing.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour and a half with my daughter and spent several hours negotiating what I thought was a fair price. Later, I realized the $200 deduction for the damaged steering wheel cover was never applied, and about a week after the sale I discovered the car needed all new tires. During signing, I was told the car would receive a fresh detail, but when I got in, it was clear no cleaning had been done. I was exhausted from the long day and still had a long drive home, so I didn’t have the energy to insist they fix it. While I take responsibility for not catching everything, a trustworthy dealership should disclose issues upfront—especially safety-related ones. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will not be recommending this dealership to family or friends.
