Concesionarios de Jeep cercanos (Chappaqua, NY)

This is the worst and very poor service I had in my life from 44k the price of the car they brought the car price to 50K+ on top of that they wanted 4000$ dealer fees + registration title fee, they are out of their mind .I was about to put down 15K+ and the deal they gave me was 1k a month for 72 months, I was so shocked when I heard that, I have no idea how they are still in business.

Terriable experience I was told 15k for my trade and then they said lower price. Beat credit up promised the world but Terriable experience. Trying to scam me on trade and added more money on there car. Beware

100% bait-and-switch dealer. Don’t fall for their deceptive, dishonest sales tactics. The team who respond to online listing inquiries isn't even at the dealership, and resides somewhere in NJ (I dealt with Francesca--- beware!). They use these people as scapegoats, scheduling you to see cars they don't even have available. When you get to the dealership the car they lured you in with will have "just sold". Oh you want to speak with the person who confimred it's avaiablity and scheduled your appointment that very morning... too bad, they dont work at the dealership and are in NJ. I even called the dealership directly the following day not teling them who I am and asked about the car, they told me it was avaiable and tried to scheudle me to come in and see it. When I let them know who I was and asked to speak to a manager, he admitted the car was sold (not sure they ever had it) and had no explaination for all the deception. Absolutely discraceful.
