They do the topical bait and switch. Ignore you at first amd then blow your phone up after they tell you it was just sold! Wasting everyone's time. I look now and vehicle is still listed, its been 2 weeks...why they not take it down? Strictly to get calls and people in the door because its considered a Great Deal on CarGurus. Horrible experience. Wasted my time for the 2nd time. First time I came to visit a Mini they were unable to show me the car because it was in service and no one had a key but let alone they told me to come in. This time around, I called to verify out the door pricing before wasting my time. I asked him if there was any deal fees, or any other additional fees associated with this vehicle. There wasn’t. Specifically said the price is the price with tax, and doc fee. I get there test drive the car and then went to speak numbers. They then eventually told me about a $1195 repair order and an additional fee of $985 on top of the taxes and $175. So total price went from which should have been around 14k to $16881. Talk about bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE

They did say it was available, but then I saw it was sold. Then I got a call asking me if I was still interested and I replied I thought it was sold? I was told to hold on and I eventually hung up because she never retrieved my call. They had a lack of communication on their part. I ended up purchasing the same vehicle at MG Enterprises this morning!
