The purchase process was completed remotely (I never saw the vehicle first- hand). I asked the Internet sales manager if there was anything significant about the vehicle that I should know. He said there was nothing. I purchased the vehicle and it was delivered to my home. The dealer representative who delivered the vehicle handed me 1 key Fob. I asked an out any other keysâ¦he said there was only 1. The following morning I realized the Master key that fits the locking lug nuts also was not with the vehicle. Only 1 key fob and no master key for locking lug nuts. I contacted the Customer Relations representative and requested assistance obtaining the missing items. The representative said she would check with management to she what they could/would do to help me. I have not been contacted in 5 days. And there has been no further responses to my emails. I was hoping the dealer would provide a dealer discount on the purchase and programming of an additional (2nd) key Fob. Waitin
