William Graham was my salesman and he got me into a 2026 Durango

I went to check Minivan, has a check engine light on and a passenger windows not operating, they said the vehicle haven't been inspected, they said they will check it and let me know and update me as soon as they have any lead about it. after I contact them back days after they said it was sold, I am ok with that someone else got it before me, but days later I saw the same car available, so it looks someone is not doing things in the right way there. I asked again and they answered yes is still there but probably haven't been inspected or fixed because after that I did not received any feedback or update.

Unprofessional staff. Pain to work with. Its been a week and still waiting on numbers. Seems like they are not interested in selling cars. They keep asking the same questions every time.

Communication was GREAT (almost too great) from the sales rep as far as promptness goes. But sales person came off as a little desperate to make a sale and was trying to sell me any RAM after i was no longer interest in the initial truck due to it not having a Panorama Sunroof even after i told him multiple times what my requirements were. Was bit of a turn off because i started feeling like he didnt really care for what i wanted and just REALLY wanted to sell something/anything.

They was good the truck was sold when I got back to them
