Brian contacted me within 10 min of reaching out. He’s courteous, honest and professional. We arranged for a test-drive at Kingdom Cars in Bartlett where pastor Robert met me. He’s a real gentleman. After a smooth test-drive I spoke with Brian again and mentioned my concern about the left front tire (worn and not identical with the right). He offered to replace it with a new, matching tire + get the brake pads tested or updated. Did so the very next day and I bought the vehicle. Pedro finalised the paperwork.
