There is a lack of price transparency at this dealership. I spoke on the phone with someone about a car listed for about $18.9k. When I arrived, they first showed me a similar car with about 20k more miles. Then the “sales manager” quoted over $21k plus taxes and fees for the car I originally asked about. When I mentioned the advertised price we discussed on the phone, he said the person I spoke with “only makes appointments” and that the lower price was a “wholesale price.” Another employee, the lady who signed me in, even implied it was difficult for me to understand the price difference, which was disrespectful. I came for the advertised price, but they tried to charge much more. Someone should report this store to the NYC Department of Consumer Protection.

Dirty car, misleading description - lots of cosmetic body damage, no service records for a Canadian import car, but they are of course perfectly happy to sell a damaged undocumented car to suckers.

This car has three different low-quality tire brands mounted on it — a serious red flag, especially for an AWD vehicle, where mismatched tread patterns can damage the drivetrain. How can they justify selling such a beautiful car in this condition? It suggests poor maintenance and possibly careless ownership. If something this obvious was overlooked, what else might be wrong under the surface? Was the car abused by the previous owner? All signs point to yes. You decide if it’s worth the risk.

I received a callback from a sales representative . I stated that I was interested in the seltos sx turbo. She stated the car was available an she would have it pulled out for me to view and test drive. Arrive at the dealership and they stated that she was not in yet. They give me another salesman who promptly showed me a lower model of the car. When I stated that wasn't the same car. He along with a manger go look for the car. Come back 2 minutes later and stated the car was previously sold and they did not know why it was still on the web site, which it is still on today four later. I get up and said to my wife let's go. As I leave the manger comes out and tries to give me a lower model to look at. I don't like having my time wasted. They knew the car wasn't available and could have called and stated such. Instead they play games to get you into the dealership. Simple bait and switch.

Great place to buy a used car. Manager and salesperson treated me with total respect and care. Their prices are excellent and their customer service makes for a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.
