Concesionarios cercanos (Inglewood, CA)

I drove over two hours to get this car and it was not available to me, when i was told it was available. they tried to sell me a car i did not ask for. tried to pressure me to getting what i did not want. was rude and overall not professional. then continued to call me leaving messages saying that they now have the car and it is ready and for me to come back after i left and had to drive 2 hours back home. 10/10 don’t recommend, SMH.

We found this dealer on CarGurus and were a little apprehensive. The dealership Prizmotorz in Inglewood,Ca. that the car was listed at, and was available were very professional and ready to answer any questions that we had. We wanted to take it to our mechanic unfortunately it was out of the five mile radius they have. So, they took us to their mechanic that they use and he also was very professional and did a through check. Only one thing that was not done was put the car up on the hoist, to check the undercarriage. Other than that he checked everything else and shared the results with us. I want to say that Jose who is the manager and Alex made us feel very comfortable with our transaction and purchase of the car. They are a small lot but the treatment of their customers was respectful and courteous. They also shared the Carfax report. They changed the price after I contacted them , I contacted them based on the price showing on the Cargurus first and waited for a reply from a manager but they replied after they have raised the car price by +5000$ !

This was honestly one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. When I first arrived, I saw the Tesla and it looked great, so I was genuinely interested in buying it. Unfortunately, the experience with the person at the dealership completely ruined it. From the moment I got there, I felt like I was being ignored. He was in his office and acted like I wasn’t even there. When he finally came out to show me the Tesla, his attitude was rude and unwelcoming, almost like I was bothering him just by being there. I asked if I could test drive the Tesla, and he refused. He told me I needed to “qualify” before I could even test drive it. He also said that if I wasn’t going to finance it or buy it, he wasn’t going to let me drive it. I understand wanting serious buyers, but the way he handled it was extremely uncomfortable and made me feel like I was being judged before he even knew me. He then asked for my credit score, and I told him and even showed him proof.
