Contacted dealer at 5pm (dealership doesn’t close until 7pm) to ask if car was still available and if they offered the Option to reserve the car. Someone by the name of Mady said yes car was available and will check with the managers the following morning. On the same night of contacting them, the listing said “The vehicle is reserved”. I followed up with Mady on the same email but no response. Ended up calling the dealership and the receptionist said car was reserved last night by someone else already. I emailed Mady again telling her that the car appears to be reserved and to let me know if the reservation falls through. Still no response from her till this day. It’s been two weeks. Car has been sold. If they were proactive and actually helped me out at the time of contacting them, maybe the car wouldn’t have been reserved by someone else. The bare minimum they could have AT LEAST do here is let me know that the car had already been reserved. But no they just left my hanging.
