They responded quickly. Sales staff was nice. I thought they had the vehicle priced over market, but they didn't want to budge on price and told me there was no wiggle room because it was a "certified" used car and they only carry great cars compared to other dealers. Told them to call me if they changed their mind on price. They didn't change their mind but called me anyway. A few days later, the price dropped $2000 and within market range, which is what I told them, but they didn't want to move, which is their choice. Ultimately, I bought a car elsewhere at market price. Staff were nice and respectful, but I think the dealer is overpriced compared to others.

Truthfully, everything was great, but the only issue I encountered was the lack of transparency regarding getting the car serviced. I can’t bash on them too hard, but I had to spend money out of pocket to fix an issue that wasn’t caused by me after buying the car. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks now, and I spent close to my car note to fix an issue. Besides that, sales was great, and the team was helpful. I just wish there was a thorough investigation prior to releasing the car.
