The staff was great about passing messages to the salesman I had. The suv I inquired about had/has maintenance issues that they would charge a customer thousands of dollars to fix. We talked about the issues to negotiate a fair price and instead of negotiating, he just talked about the suv being a one owner and if it didn't have issues it would be worth so much more and how much money they'd be losing if they sold it to me for a thousand dollars less than their asking price. I don't know if it was the salesman not wanting to negotiate or the sales manager not wanting to sale the suv to me but I feel as if it could've went better even if I didn't purchase the vehicle.
