This truck was horrible, I was told the truck was in great shape, but it wasn’t. The truck has body damage, the backup camera was held on by electrical tape, I opened the glove box and the glove box fell onto the car floor, they don’t want to fix anything

The sales associate who I spoke with over the phone was amazing and very nice the sales associate who I had to look at the car and everything was different she started out helped but her attitude was not the best I was just tryin to look at the car and I was going to make a decision I felt like she was forcing it down me then getting a attitude rolling the eyes and getting smart with the mouth so idk but everyone else even the financial girl who was helping was amazing

The key to the vehicle was taken home by a detailer and I had to come back the next day. 40 minute drive one way. It was frustrating because the dealership basically said "not my problem " and made no effort to correct the situation.
