Asad immediately emailed me a walkthrough video and stayed communicative even on his day off. Carla made financing fast and seamless, delivering documents ASAP with zero snags.Unfortunately, sales manager Braeden nearly ruined the deal. I arranged my own shipping from Texas to Tennessee and asked if the vehicle could be released pending paperwork receipt. Despite my $30k down payment and excellent credit, Braeden replied with a smug, condescending attitude, repeating rules I had already acknowledged. His arrogance almost made me cancel the entire purchase.Braeden, do better. Keep your smug comments to yourself so you don't ruin commissions for hardworking, classy teammates like Asad and Carla.
