The Sales guy, Abhi, really supports a bad name that many dealerships have. As I encouraged them to sell for a lower price, he cried that he wouldn't be able to support his kids. He pushed hard and lied about an Upsell for a Security add on that would stencil VIN numbers onto the underside of the hood, door sills, etc. When I said I didn't want that option he lied and said it was already on the Truck and it was their dealership mandatory add-on. I told him I didn't believe it was already on the truck and asked him to show me. It was a lie. It wasn't already on the truck. They had one price for the vehicle in their dealership website and another one that was lower in Car Gurus. They tried to make me believe that was a mistake by Car Gurus. No, I said, you put that price in there and that was where we would start negotiating from. They said they would clean the vehicle further after I looked at it and before I came to pick it up. They didn't, that was a lie too.

Made an appointment for 1pm, after the dealer claimed that the car was available to test drive. Drove two and half hours to the dealer to look at the black Elantra N that was advertised on cargurus, when I got there, they claimed that the car was sold earlier and that they tried to contact me. I received no such call or text. After looking at some of the other reviews, I saw that it was not the first time this happened to someone, it seems that this is how they operate. Was a waste of my time, would not recommend this dealer if you live far. Oh BTW the car is still showing on CarGurus.
