The dealership overcommunicated - as many dealerships do. I was contacted several times by multiple people even after I visited. The price for the car was high and was non-negotiable. Not a bad experience but not one that led to me wanting to move forward with a sale.

I inquired about the availability of a 2023 Hyundai Palisade and received a prompt invitation for a test drive and a subsequent follow-up. I purchased a differently equipped vehicle elsewhere but had Stafford Hyundai Springfield had the vehicle I preferred I would have definitely engaged with them to provide an opportunity to earn my business.

I contacted the dealership to see if a specific model was still available. A salesperson returned my request without confirming if the vehicle was still available and just invited me to make an appointment. I live pretty far from the dealership and wanted to confirm it was still in stock before I travelled the distance. Next, they sent me a video of an entirely different unit. After this, I replied that I was no longer interested in doing business with their establishment because I still hadn't gotten my initial question answered and was sent info on a different unit. I bought a unit from a different organization that could answer my questions.
