Called and spoke to two “salespeople” and both confirmed the car we wanted was available. Went to drive it with the intent to buy it and were told that the car was not available as it was still in Recon. Such horrible communication and probably just another sleazy attempt to get someone in to try to sell them something else. Left right away and told them that I would never be back and would always tell anyone to never go there. So if you’re reading this, do not go there unless you like sleazy dudes. They don’t even deserve one star, just no option for that.

Arrived to see a Lexus RX. It had the following conditions which were not disclosed in listing: 1. Very large crack in windshield (dealer said they would replace, but they should have replaced before putting it on sale) 2. Active oil leak that my mechanic's inspection revealed (dealer claimed that the oil was residual oil due to replacing an oil pan; however, my mechanic's inspection was pretty detailed and he mentioned that this was an active leak. The dealer could be correct; however, one can't take that chance with a used vehicle.) 3. Tire tread was just a fraction above allowable limits. Due to the level of the tires being lower than what I would consider normal, I would have mentioned this in the listing or just avoided it all by replacing tires first. I have a strict 'no-leaks' policy on used vehicles; so, regardless of how the oil was dripping, I was not going to buy that car. I spent a lot of time and money going there and inspecting the car. I won't be revisiting.

The staff didn’t seem to eager to make a sale. The vehicle i went to see had a dead battery.

Over text message to a salesman I asked for an itemized price sheet to see the out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in which was listed for around $31000. I live a 2 hour and 15 minute drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to know how much the true cost of the vehicle would be before I made the trip. About 6 hrs after I sent the text the salesman text back, “The out the door price is easy to calculate.” Then wrote the price which I don’t remember exactly but it was above $40,000 for the vehicle. So somehow this person made the vehicle an, “easy” $9000 more than the listed price, and never sent me an itemized price sheet. How ridiculous is this?

There was very little transparency in their pricing. The vehicle was advertised for $34,450, but at the end they added $3,103 in mandatory charges for service and protection plans. In reality, the vehicle price was $37,553, not the advertised price. I also experienced significant resistance when I asked for an itemized breakdown of the fees. It should not be difficult for a customer to understand exactly what they are being charged for.

The salesman try to find what is the price in my mind to pay and the price already was on cargurus 27k.. then he asked how much I want to pay / month I told him give me ur offer for lease # / month and financing with and without down payment option he asked me to visit the dealership and test drive the car I told him that after I get a reasonable offer I will but without transparent applicable numbers for both of us then it’s waste of time.. he never called me after that so no deal.
