They were dishonest about the price . They said the are willing to negotiate , I drove 2 hours to see the car and when I asked about negotiating the price they said there was nothing the could do . Furthermore they were very inflexible and unwilling to bend at all in finance process . They lost out on 15000 dollars cash and I was happy to take my business elsewhere .

I honestly didn’t think I’d end up buying the Ioniq 9 after the nightmare I went through at Hyundai Fremont. I was this close to giving up. When I called him, he was straightforward, professional, and actually willing to give me the out‑the‑door price without any games. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I test‑drove the car with Diana Silva, their product specialist, and Francisco (new hire) who was a new hire. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun on a test drive. Diana knew everything about the car, every feature, every detail and she answered all my questions with patience and confidence. When it came time for financing, Michael Vasquez continued that same level of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Hyundai Vallejo!
