The Mitsubishi was not out front of dealership cleaned or detailed like we were told by a person in internet sales on the phone a couple times. So they had to dig car out of line by road not cleaned up!!!! The salesmen Nick has been fantastic!! Looking forward to pick up my wife’s new Tucson!

My jeep wrangler got totaled and was looking for a replacement I came to vision Hyundai looking at a 2022 jeep wrangler. I made an appointment for 5pm on Friday. When I got there I was informed that the Jeep was on recall for a clutch at vision dodge in panorama so I had to drive there just to look at the vehicle. The sales man, Billy Blattner, gave me his cell and informed me he would update me every step of the way; however, it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to communicate with me so instead I had to contact the dealership to get an update. Safe to say I cut my losses and moved on. I told Billy if I liked the car I had a check in hand and ready to go. I would steer clear of this dealership - no sense of urgency. If this is a how they treat vets (8 year navy vet) then I can’t imagine how they treat their customers.
