The staff were friendly. The process was fairly direct. I test drove the car and told them my budget. The final price was above my budget so I left. It didn't seem like they were trying to bait and switch or anything . I just had to stick to my budget.

The best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesperson, Matt Mullinax, was a gem, friendly, honest, and I felt he truly had my back in getting me a good deal on a wonderful car. He made a follow up phone call a few days later to check how everything was going and made it clear that he's always available for any questions. With Matt, the customer service doesn't stop once he makes the sale. I highly recommend him. His sales manager Erik was also very helpful and communicative and Raul in finance made the signing process quick and painless without using high pressure tactics to try to sell me 'extras' that I've found other dealerships often do. The process was seamless, fairly quick, and I would definitely do business with Larson Hyundai again. Thanks, Matt, and everyone at Larson who made what can be a stressful experience great!
