The dealership was friendly helpful and worked with me. My salesman was awesome. The car was clean, washed and filled with gas. They helped me set up blue link. Finance was as they said it would be. I have to go back tomorrow. Finance was fast. I was approved quickly. I took the car home Friday. If anything changes I will update my review. So far it has been excellent.

Great overall experience. Negotiated price and trade value on line and via phone with Daidrean and the closing process went very smoothly. I was very happy with their professional approach and aggressive pricing.

The dealership was responsive at first, but once I submitted an offer, the communication slowed significantly. It took two days and a follow‑up message from me to get a reply. When they finally responded, there was no negotiation effort at all — the price actually went up instead of down. Overall, the experience felt unmotivated and not especially customer‑focused.

Sales rep was very helpful. I’m still speaking with him now. He’s trying to find me something. He’s been a big help.

Sent me a polite email inquiring as to whether I had any questions about the car in question. Unfortunately, the car was subsequently, quickly sold to someone else.

My experience at Rick Case Hyundai Roswell was a tale of two extremes. ️ Eric Turner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Sales Consultant) is a standout — professional, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. After I drove 50 miles round trip for a car already sold, Eric personally apologized, honored his promises, and handled every interaction with grace. He makes car buying feel human. ✌️ Gene Mosco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Manager) greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued customer — exactly what great leadership looks like. Matt Rowan ⭐ (Sales Manager) was the opposite. Aggressive body language, confrontational tone, and zero interest in negotiating. He made me feel like I was begging rather than buying. I came in pre-approved and ready to close. I deserved dignity — not intimidation. Matt didn’t just lose a sale; he lost a customer. To Eric and Gene: thank you. To leadership: teach your managers basic respect.

Online is the way to go

The entire team was great! We enjoyed the company and the negotiation process was quick. We ended up staying an extra hour talking to the staff not just because it was freezing and snowing out, but because we were relaxed and they were fun to work with... We knew what we wanted and we got it!

I guess price was fair but overall pleasant experience
