I was very pleased with the dealership and it's staff.

Greeted immediately even though I was 15 minutes early for test drive by a salesman, Drew. My salesman, Drew, was returned in five minutes from getting car gas for the suv to test drive. Patient with me during test drive. Employees were very attentive trying to determine what the warning sound. Was there to test drive only because I had two other Lexus RX 350 to drive. Very courteous follow up call from Drew Monday morning. I have a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe to trade and would without reservation recommend this dealership

Sale agent was great, presentation of truck was published as road worthy. STRIKE 1- NO A/C STRIKE 2 - Safety issue Windshield had crack (safety issue & possible ticket issue) STRIKE 3 - Transmission had issues of stuttering @ 60mph Dealership bought truck at auction only to buff up the outside and "FLIP IT' for sale

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger from Hyundai of Columbia. Overall, the vehicle was in really nice condition, and when I noticed it needed new spark plugs, the dealership took care of that. My concern was that, at nearly 100,000 miles, I later discovered some other routine maintenance had not been completed. When I asked about having those items addressed, I was told they could be done, but only if the cost was added to the purchase price. I felt that mileage-based maintenance should either have been completed before the sale or reflected in the vehicle’s price. That said, I was able to negotiate a higher trade-in value for my Expedition, which helped make the overall deal more favorable. I’m happy with the Ranger and appreciate the dealership working with me. I just think there’s room for improvement in how they handle maintenance on higher-mileage vehicles.
