Overall the way I can describe this dealership would be like this. If you are going to buy a used vehicle just go somewhere else especially if its not a Hyundai because they will try their hardest to sell you one of their newer vehicles instead of the one you inquiring about. I negotiated the price before going to the dealer and they sent me the cars CarFax report. When I arrived at the dealer, I did a quick test drive and signed all the paperwork. Everything went smoothly but I was still there for almost 2 hours with lots of downtime. The sales person also went on a test drive with another customer, taking my car keys with him!

After driving an hour to get there, the salesperson was 20 minutes late, no apology, and when he brought the car around the AC didn’t work. They never checked it beforehand.
