I can’t talk to the dealership actually just sent them an offer. They did get back to me and said the car has been sold, but I funny email from different people at the agency then about a week later they wrote if I was interested in the car and I said you sold it and I said no it was only 80% sold very strange At that point, I decided I didn’t want to pursue with the dealership that lacked transparency or maybe just business sense

Asked a half a dozen questions times whether a couple models had the h-Tex seats and this rep Bryant Juarez wouldn’t sander the question. At first he said all Ioniq 5’a had them. I knew for a fact they didn’t because I looked at a bunch of 2024 SEL’s that did not. So he just kept saying when do you want to come in for a spin instead of answering a basic question I had. Also this was across like 5 email exchanges where he would answer me 24 hours later. I guess he’s just too busy. I bought somewhere else last weekend.

added clear coat prior to purchase so I had no option to deny this option. supervisor tried to force me to let him do a credit check when i already had financing

We bought a CPO from this dealership, and everything was excellent, even when we closed the deal with Gabe and Mike. Upon coming home, we are missing a home charger and rim lock. Not only did we have additional questions about the warranty we bought. I sent emails for about a week, then two weeks, and now three weeks, and still no answer. Spoke with Alan and even forwarded the email over to him, but now nothing. They did mail us our charger, but would not resolve the rim lock issue, because if I need to change tires on this car, I can't, and they are not taking responsibility for that, even though waiting for answers to my email has not been possible. This makes anyone question a dealership's after-sales service. One thing that also amazes me is that they try to blame us for missing the vehicle's rim lock. Tripled check the car and nothing and they want us to pay for it to be replaced. disappointing experience.
