Dealer ship not truthful about advertised vehicle. Picture on CarGurus is not the actual vehicle. Actual vehicle is in horrible condition, the exterior looked like someone took a brillo pad and scrubbed it. Dealership advertised vehicle having a sunroof/moonroof, vehicle does not have a sunroof. I drove 1 hour each way to see this vehicle and very very disappointed.

The vehicle could have been more prepared prior to my test drive. Some buttons were missing that control the air conditioning

I made an appointment to see this vehicle and traveled from Boston to see it. I got there; the car is not ready to test drive. The car is located, I drive the car, like it. I sat with the salesperson, showed her an identical vehicle that had just sold for about $1000 less than their asking price, and told her that's where I wanted to end up. She leaves to talk to her manager, comes back 20 minutes later. There is no adjustment to the price; in fact, they added on some kind of upsell tire package for $1500. Complete waste of time. They actually did me a favor; I went to another dealer when I left there. They had the same vehicle with a better trim package, lower price and lower miles. I bought it that day.

The sales person that (Junior) I had was literally NOT helpful. He just wanted to sell a car and failed to get back to me on ANY question that I had. I was really interested in the vehicle and in waiting for him to get back to me, the vehicle sold. The day i got to the dealership, the GLS 550 was surrounded by other car and no one could find keys to move the cars. So we were there for like 2 hours. The yrefused to negotiate the price and 3 weeks later, the vehicle price dropped down to the actuale price that I initially asked them for. They wasted my time and their time when they could have sold me the vehicle 3 weeks earlier for the price that i wanted to be at.
