The gentleman i talked to was very friendly and helpful. It just didn't work out in my favor.

The car came with only one key fob. They said it would cost $700 to get another key fob. Highway Robbery!!!! They are on the highway, no pun intended. The sales guy followed up if I needed any help or had any questions. I said, if they can get me the part number of the key fob so that I can get the key made in the after market, no response back. I received an email from their customer relations manager as to how my experience was, I asked for the key fob part number, same thing no reply from them after wards, no communication. If u buy a 2026 used car that is almost new, or really any car, make sure u get 2 keys before purchasing.

We were treated rudely by a very arrogant salesman. When we objected to some of the options that were not really optional, the salesman became angry and tossed the paper. We will not buy a car from Vandergriff.

The staff was great, especially the sales person. The only thing that prevented me from purchasing was the color of the interior, which was too late for me, and that they make a model of a GV 80 instead of a GV 70. Perhaps if the interior had been darker and the pricing lower, we would've had a deal.
